Josh is the Chair of the IOR Strategic Advisory Team.

 

Josh serves as the CIO for Indiana University Health, overseeing the management of the investment program for the nation’s fourth largest Academic Medical System. He joined IU Health in 2011 as the system’s first CIO to establish an in-sourced investment management program. He has overseen the build-out of an institutional platform which has received the Institutional Investor Intelligence Risk Management Award in 2015 and has been nominated in 2016 and 2019 for Institutional Investor’s Hedge Fund Industry Healthcare System of the Year Award. Since joining the system, he has been named to Trusted Insight’s Top 30 Hospital Chief Investment Officers list and has hired and mentored an award-winning team resulting in the system’s Deputy CIO being named to aiCIO’s Next Generation CIO list (2019). He serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL. He also serves in several capacities for Young Life Africa/Middle East - Chair, Divisional Leadership Team and Zimbabwe Regional Team Member.

Josh earned his BA degree in Business and Religious Studies from Franklin College.
