Francie Heller


Francie Heller provides responsible investing services to IOR clients with a focus on helping investors develop and implement sustainable and impact investment activities that align with an organization’s mission and values.

Francie Heller has over 30 years of financial experience spanning both the public and private sector. Francie is currently a director at Arabesque Asset Management USA, a firm that pioneered a new approach to asset management in integrating ESG big data with quantitative strategies. She also serves as senior advisor to Cultivo, a firm that invests in nature to restore and protect land and as an advisor to Sustainable Securities, a platform to bring transparency and efficiency to the intersection of private securities and sustainability.

Francie serves as Emeritus on the Board of Furman University where she chaired the investment committee for many years. She is currently chair of the investment committee at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Ms. Heller also serves as a member of College Unbound, focusing on adult learners who have faced significant barriers to attending college.

Ms. Heller graduated from Boston University with a BS and earned a master’s equivalent degree from the University of Georgia and a Professional Diploma from Fordham University. She holds certificates from Columbia University, Stanford University, and Harvard University Executive Education programs. Francie holds her FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses. She is a certified mediator.
