Ms. Heller is a specialist for Investment Office Resources (IOR) helping investment offices design and implement responsive investing.

 

She is a Director at Arabesque Asset Management USA, a firm that pioneered a new approach to asset management by integrating ESG big data with quantitative strategies. Ms. Heller is founder and Managing Partner at Heller Advisory, providing products and services to investors and investment offices. Ms. Heller previously served as a Managing Director - Pension, Endowment and Foundation Group at Houlihan Lokey; as a Managing Director at Chilton Investment Company; a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of the Pension, Endowment and Foundation Services Group at Bear Stearns and Co, Inc. and President of MBIA Municipal Investors Service Corporation (MISC) where she created and ran all aspects of the government investment management business. Ms. Heller was also an education director in New York public schools for several years.

Ms. Heller graduated from Boston University with a BS and earned a master’s equivalent degree from the University of Georgia and a Professional Diploma (PD) from Fordham University. She holds certificates from Columbia University, Stanford University and Harvard University Executive Education programs. Ms. Heller currently serves on several not-for-profit Boards including College Unbound, Furman University, The Woodlands Continuing Care Community and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
