Dale provides private equity and impact investing manager diligence and oversight for IOR clients.

 

She served as managing director, private equity, and Chair of the Investment Strategy Committee at Ascension Investment Management (AIM). Dale also chaired the AIM Investment Strategy Committee which was responsible for approving investments across all asset classes. She led the deployment of $100 million for Ascension’s Impact Investment Strategy. Ascension is one of the largest non-profit Catholic hospital systems in the U.S. with over $40 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Ascension in 2010, Dale served as CIO for the West Virginia University Foundation where she expanded and led the alternative investment portfolio. She currently serves on the Advisory Committee of Cardinal Capital Group’s Private Equity Fund and the Advisory Board of Arden Real Estate Partners III.

 

Dale earned an MBA from Pace University and a BA from Boston College.
